El Bolero refers to the shoeshiners that are visible across the streets of Mexico and symbolizes our effort to speak to immerse our guests into an aspect of Mexican culture. El Bolero is an authentic, regional Mexican concept that draws the inspiration for its food and beverage menu from the diverse regions of Mexico. In both the beverage and food program, we use fresh, high quality ingredients to create delicious made from scratch dishes that are inspired by recipes found across the vast and diverse locales of Mexico.
We source locally and use high quality ingredients. Our burgers are angus and wagyu, our fries are hand cut, our shakes are handcrafted. We definitely think we have the best burgers around and there is a broad selection from the guacamole to the farmhouse and at the same time we are much more than burgers – wagyu chili, wings, different salads, tatchos(you have to try them!), chicken, salmon, and more!
Quill brings sophisticated lounging elegance to the Design District. The luxuriously designed space is the perfect setting to enjoy our global tapas menu while partaking in a hand-mixed cocktails or glass of champagne. Our goal was to create an iconic space that redefines nightlife.
